Cubano

Our version of this delicious sandwich includes our own smoked pork AND smoked ham, mustard, swiss cheese, and sliced pickles. Yummy!

World's Best BLT

We start with home-cured bacon from a local butcher, add crisp, fresh romaine & mayo, and finish off with our own homegrown heirloom tomatoes and cracked black pepper. A doozey of a sandwich!

Bruschetta

We recommend two for a snack; three for a meal. $2.50 each/$5.95 for three

Traditional
Ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, & basil on toasted Pugliese bread rubbed with fresh garlic, and brushed with olive oil. Sea salt and cracked Tellicherry black pepper add the finishing touch.

Tuscan
Sun-dried tomatoes, tapenade (kalamata olive spread), and goat cheese on toasted Pugliese bread rubbed with fresh garlic.
